Abstract:
The phenomenon of up-down sliding for scraper conveyor on the fully mechanized mining face in coal mine seriously affects the efficient linkage operation of fully mechanized mining equipment. Aiming at the problem of up-down sliding for the scraper conveyor,based on the intelligent mining system of coal mine and the combination of radar and camera technology,we put forward the definition and judgment method of the extent and type of up-down sliding for the scraper conveyor. Different correction and control measures are given according to the degree of deviation,and the deviation and deviation coefficient of the head and tail are flexibly adjusted. Meanwhile,the shearer process conversion point and support pushing process are planned according to the mining process and the mechanical structure of the equipment. In the process of autonomous following,the slippage of the scraper conveyor on the working face is corrected dynamically and quickly by means of knife-by-knife compensation and knife-by-knife finding. The limit reverse point of the shearer in the scraper conveyor is adjusted in real time,so as to avoid the remaining coal pillar hindering the normal mining of the working face and the waste of resources,and to further realize the efficient linkage operation of fully mechanized mining equipment and the adaptive safety planning of mining.
