朝阳露天煤矿排土场扩容方案研究

Dump expansion scheme of Chaoyang open-pit coal mine

  • 摘要: 由于露天矿开采量的增大和土地资源的紧缺,迫使露天矿提高排土场容积,进而保证露天煤矿持续稳定发展,以朝阳露天煤矿为研究背景,结合矿山生产现状与排土场增高扩容方法,确定了技术可行的排土场优化方案。基于朝阳露天煤矿内、外排土场边坡稳定,针对性地提出了多个排土场扩容优化方案。结果表明,朝阳露天矿排土场扩容具体选择+90 m、+105 m排土台阶与排土场连排,具体联排范围为沿外排土场排土线方向,南北长1 270 m,东西宽255~435 m。选用内、外连排扩容方案既能增大排土场边坡稳定性系数,又能满足排土场扩容需求,以及边坡稳定性设计规范要求,从而提高产能。研究结果可为朝阳露天煤矿排土场扩容优化研究提供工程指导。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes the Chaoyang open-pit coal mine as the research background,combines the current situation of mine production and the method of increasing the height and expansion of the dump,and determines the technically feasible dump optimization scheme. Based on the stability of the slopes of the inner and outer dumps of the open-pit coal mine in Chaoyang mining area,a number of dump expansion optimization schemes were proposed. The results show that the expansion of Chaoyang open-pit mine dump is specifically selected to be + 90 m,105 m dump steps and dump continuous rows,with the specific row range being 1 270 m long from north to south and 255~435 m wide from east to west along the direction of the outer dump discharge line. The selection of the inner and outer continuous row expansion scheme not only increases the stability coefficient of the dump slope,but also meets the expansion needs of the dump,meeting the requirements of the slope stability design specification,so as to improve the production capacity.
