煤矿井下智能风量调控系统研发与应用研究

Development and application of intelligent ventilation control system for underground coal mines

  • 摘要: 局部通风机在切换操作时易出现瞬时风量中断,可能诱发瓦斯浓度超出安全阈值。为此,立足于恒定风量切换的理论,构建了局部通风机的智能风量恒定切换控制系统,针对通风机风筒系统的核心环节,即进气口、风速监测点、集流器入口与出口通道等四大关键部位,进行了全面的空气动力学性能评估。结果表明,全压效率指标稳定地保持在82.5%~85.0%的高效能范围内,充分验证了系统设计的先进性与有效性。通过上社煤矿9204辅运巷道为工程背景进行验证,结果表明,ZFJ1140型局部通风机在风量切换过程中的风量波动被精准控制在8.89%以内,其显著优于传统通风机切换方式,研究成果显著提升了矿井通风系统的安全性与可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Local ventilators are prone to experiencing transient airflow interruptions during switching operations,which may induce the gas concentration to exceed the safety threshold. For this reason,based on the theory of constant airflow switching,an intelligent constant airflow switching control system for local ventilators is constructed,and a comprehensive aerodynamic performance evaluation is carried out for the core links of the ventilator fan system,i. e.,four key parts,i. e.,the air inlet,air velocity monitoring point,and collector inlet and outlet channels. The results show that the full-pressure efficiency index stably stays within the high-efficiency range of 82.5% to 85.0%, which fully verifies the advancement and effectiveness of the system design. The results show that the airflow fluctuation of ZFJ1140 local ventilator during the airflow switching process is accurately controlled within 8. 89%, which is significantly better than the traditional ventilator switching method.
