煤矿深部巷道围岩多级支护技术研究

Multi-level support technology of coal mine deep roadway surrounding rock

  • 摘要: 针对深部采动应力作用下采矿巷道支护效果差、围岩变形破坏严重的问题,以焦煤矿303盘区8301工作面回风顺槽为研究对象,建立了FLAC3D数值模型,通过对所设计的一级支护与三级支护方案进行对比,得到焦煤矿303盘区8301工作面巷道围岩应力、变形及破坏规律。在所得结论基础上,进一步确定了多级支护的关键参数,并进行了现场试验监测。研究结果表明,经过多级支护后,巷道围岩变形程度减小;两帮位移减少40%左右,顶底板位移减小30%左右,巷道塑性区减小75%左右;集中应力峰值由98.7 MPa降至95.8 MPa,减小幅度较小。总体来说,围岩完整性、稳定性及支护效果较好。研究结果可为深部高应力回采巷道围岩控制提供理论及技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor support effect and serious deformation and damage of surrounding rock in mining roadway under the action of deep mining stress,taking 8301 working face return air way of coking coal mine 303 panel area as the research object,we established the numerical model of FLAC3D,and got the stress,deformation and damage law of the surrounding rock of the roadway of 8301 working face of 303 panel area of coking coal mine by comparing the designed onelevel support with the three-level support scheme. The key parameters of multi-level support were further determined,and field test monitoring was carried out. The results show that after multi-level support,the degree of deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is reduced; the displacement of the two sides is reduced by about 40%, the displacement of the roof and floor is decreased by about 30%, and the plastic zone of the roadway is reduced by about 75% ; and the peak value of concentrated stress is reduced from 98. 7 MPa to 95. 8 MPa. Overall,the integrity,stability and support effect of the surrounding rock are better.
