煤矿破碎带TBM掘进围岩控制关键技术研究

Key technology of surrounding rock control of TBM tunneling in fracture zone of coal mine

  • 摘要: 随着煤矿巷道掘进技术提升,巷道在掘进过程中遇到的地质条件变得越来越复杂。特别是在破碎带等不良地质体中,围岩破碎和顶板垮落等问题给巷道的安全、快速掘进带来了巨大挑战。以韩城矿业有限公司北二采区240回风巷、辅助运输巷和胶带运输巷为工程背景,针对TBM(全断面掘进机)在破碎带掘进过程中遇到的围岩破碎、顶板垮落等问题,开展了TBM过破碎带的围岩控制关键技术研究。研究分析了3条巷道的工程地质条件,并确定了巷道围岩破碎的主要原因。而后基于岩土力学理论,提出了巷道围岩注浆加固方案,并对注浆材料、注浆参数和注浆加固方案进行了优化设计。现场工业性试验结果表明,注浆加固显著提高了巷道围岩体的稳定性,减少了安全事故,降低了支护成本,并显著提高了掘进速度。研究为煤矿巷道在复杂地质条件下的安全、高效掘进提供了有力的技术支持,对于推动煤炭行业的高质量发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of coal mining depth,the geological conditions encountered in the process of roadway excavation are becoming more and more complex. Especially in the bad geological bodies such as fracture zone,the problems of surrounding rock crushing and roof caving bring great challenges to the safety and rapid excavation of roadway. In this study,the 240 return air roadway,auxiliary transportation roadway and belt transportation roadway in the north second mining area of Hancheng Mining Co.,Ltd.,were taken as the engineering background. In view of the problems of surrounding rock crushing and roof caving encountered by TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) in the process of fracture zone excavation,the key technology of surrounding rock control was studied. Firstly,the engineering geological conditions of the three roadways are analyzed,and the main reasons for the breakage of the surrounding rock of the roadway are determined. Based on the theory of geotechnical mechanics,the grouting reinforcement scheme of roadway surrounding rock is proposed,and the grouting material,grouting parameters and grouting reinforcement scheme are optimized. The field industrial test results show that the grouting reinforcement significantly improves the stability of the surrounding rock mass of the roadway,reduces the safety accident and support cost,and significantly improves the tunneling speed.
