三软煤巷围岩变形破坏机理分析及支护技术研究

Deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock and support technology in three soft coal roadway

  • 摘要: 针对义络煤矿三软煤层回采巷道难以维护的难题,在分析采掘形势、围岩力学性质、矿压显现特征、支护参数和时间效应的基础上,认为高应力作用下软弱围岩流变破坏及支护参数不合理是造成围岩失修的原因。对于提出的支护方案,采用数值模拟方法验证了支护方案的合理性。现场工业性试验表明,三软煤巷围岩锚注一体化支护技术能够有效的控制围岩变形。围岩变形量小,保证了全生命周期内巷道围岩的稳定,对类似条件下的回采巷道围岩控制也有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In response to the difficulty of maintaining the three soft coal seams in the Yiluo Coal Mine,the author analyzes the mining and excavation situation,the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock,mine pressure behavior characteristics,support parameters and time effect. It is considered that the rheological failure of weak surrounding rock and the unreasonable support parameters are the reasons for the disrepair of surrounding rock. The rationality of the proposed maintenance scheme was validated by numerical simulation methods. On-site industrial tests showed that the integrated anchor-injection supporting technology of three soft coal roadway surrounding rock can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,and the amount of the deformations is small,ensuring the stability of the surrounding rock.
