黑龙煤业2303综放工作面窄煤柱沿空掘巷关键技术研究

Key technology for narrow coal pillars gob-side entry driving of Heilong coal industry 2303 fully mechanized caving face

  • 摘要: 在沿空巷道中留设煤柱可以有效增强沿空巷围岩稳定性,合理确定煤柱宽度及支护参数对于沿空巷道的维护尤为重要。以黑龙煤业2303综放工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟、工程类比等方法对沿空巷道煤柱宽度以及支护方法进行研究,验证了2303工作面运输顺槽采用窄煤柱沿空掘巷布置的可行性,最终确定其煤柱设计宽度应为6 m。该技术揭示了沿空掘巷在留设不同宽度煤柱时围岩的破坏规律,并且根据黑龙煤业2303综放工作面的地质条件,提出了相应的支护控制方案。

     

    Abstract: Coal pillar in goaf roadway can effectively increase the stability of surrounding rock.Reasonable determination of coal pillar width and supporting parameters is particularly important for the maintenance of goaf roadway.Taking Heilong Coal Industry's 2303 fully mechanized working face as the engineering background,numerical simulation and engineering analogy are used to study the width of coal pillar and the supporting method of goaf-side roadway.The feasibility of adopting the narrow coal pillar along the goaf in the transport way of 2303 working face is verified,and the design width of the coal pillar is determined to be 6 m.The failure law of surrounding rock with different widths of coal pillars is revealed,and the corresponding support control scheme is put forward according to the geological conditions of the 2303 mechanized working face.
