长距离高温单巷掘进通风降温研究

Ventilation cooling of long distance high temperature single roadway driving

  • 摘要: 高温高湿是长距离高温掘进巷面临的主要灾害类型,为解决长距离高温单巷掘进中的降温需求的问题,提出在单巷掘进时采用局部制冷降温方案来达到巷道降温效果的方法。选取西翼主泄水巷为研究对象,基于掘进巷温湿度场对巷道降温效果的影响,进行数值模拟研究,揭示了超长掘进巷风流温度场变化规律和热害形成机制,为保障掘进巷道安全生产提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: High temperature and high humidity is a main type of disaster faced by long-distance high-temperature driving roadway.In order to solve the problem of long-distance high-temperature single-roadway excavation in the demand for cooling,we put forward local refrigeration cooling program to achieve the effect of roadway cooling method.The west wing of the main water discharge roadway was selected as the research object,based on the influence of the temperature and humidity field of the driving roadway on cooling effect,numerical simulation study was carried out,revealing the long driving roadway air flow temperature field's change rules and heat damage formation mechanism,to ensure the safe production of driving roadway.
