井下顺煤层长距离瓦斯抽采定向钻孔技术研究

Directional drilling for coal seam long-distance gas extraction in underground mines

  • 摘要: 为满足汾西矿业贺西煤矿60102作业面的超长钻进需求,根据煤矿井下实际地质情况,提出了一种煤矿井下顺煤层超长距离定向钻孔技术。利用ZDY15000LD型大功率定向钻机解决了传统钻机钻进动力差的问题;利用随钻测量系统解决了定向钻进过程中信号传输稳定差的缺陷;利用新型高压送水器和钻杆解决了冲洗液在循环时的压力损失问题;通过加压降阻钻进技术和复进式降阻钻进技术降低了在钻进过程中的阻力;通过联合钻进侧孔开分支控制技术解决了分支孔钻进精度低的问题。根据实际应用表明,该技术可有效解决超长钻进过程中的钻进效率低、钻进精度差的问题,钻进时的位置偏差小于0.11%,钻孔一次合格率达到了100%,实现了井下顺煤层长距离瓦斯抽采定线钻孔技术的突破。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the extremely long drilling requirements at the 60102 working face of Hexi Coal Mine in Fenxi Mining, and based on the actual geological conditions in the underground coal mine, a technique for long-distance directional drilling in coal mines has been proposed.This technique utilizes the ZDY15000LD high-power directional drilling machine, to address the issue of insufficient drilling power in traditional drilling equipment.A telemetry system is employed to ensure stable signal transmission during the directional drilling process.A new high-pressure water supply system and specialized drill pipes are used to tackle the problem of pressure loss in the circulating drilling fluid.The resistance encountered during drilling was reduced through pressure-increasing and resistance-reducing drilling and multiple-progressed resistance reduction drilling, while the problem of low accuracy in drilling branch holes was addressed using a combined drilling side holes and branch control technology.Practical applications have shown that this technology significantly improves drilling efficiency and precision, with positional deviations measured at less than 0.11%,and a 100% success rate for achieving a first-time-fit in drilling operations, realizing a breakthrough in the field of directional drilling for long-distance gas extraction in coal mines.
