一种煤矿变电站继电保护装置智能检修系统研究与应用

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿变电站继电保护装置传统检修方法存在工人劳动强度大、故障排除难度大、检修效率较低、耗时较长等问题,提出了继电保护装置状态智能显示与检修系统,搭建继电保护装置最佳检修周期模型和数据库,并采用Matlab编写了检修周期程序分析继电保护装置设备故障特性。结果表明,当机械设备出现不同程度劣化时将会造成故障率频发,继电装置随着时间的推移故障强度呈现出增大趋势,设备处于逐渐劣化状态,设备最佳检修周期为3.2 a。通过将继电保护装置智能检修系统在现场应用后表明,采用智能检修系统可对设备状态进行评估,预测继电保护设备的劣化趋势,并及时发现潜在故障隐患,从而精准定位检修,大大提高了检修效率,缩短了排除故障时间,提高了供电系统的稳定性,对于保证供电系统稳定性具有非常重要的作用和意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the traditional maintenance issues of relay protection devices in coal mine substations, such as high labor intensity, difficulty in troubleshooting, low maintenance efficiency and long time consuming, This paper presents intelligent display and maintenance system of relay protection device, The best maintenance cycle model and database of the relay protection device are built, Using Matlab to analyze the fault characteristics of the relay protection device.The results show that the failure will occur when the mechanical equipment deteriorating in different degrees, the failure strength of the relay device increases over time, equipment is in a state of gradual deterioration, and the best maintenance period of the equipment is 3.2 years.Field application of the relay protection device intelligent maintenance system shows that the intelligent maintenance system can evaluate the equipment status, predict the deterioration trend of relay protection equipment, timely find potential faults, accurate positioning maintenance, thus greatly improve maintenance efficiency, shorten the troubleshooting time, improve the stability of the power supply system.
