基于混合现实技术的数字孪生矿山运维技术研究

  • 摘要: 针对当前智能化系统设备集中上线,设备的使用与运维间存在脱节,造成矿井持续化生产效能不足,并使得矿井设备的运行维护任务庞大的问题,由于煤矿系统的特殊性,智能化系统涉及设备设施范围广、专业性要求高,随着MR混合现实技术的发展,其逐渐被应用于矿井设备运维中。因此,提出并研发一种基于混合现实技术的数字孪生矿山运维系统,以矿山系统数据中台大数据服务结合底层工业协议硬件设备适配化采集服务,融合数据集成、分析、存储能力为基础,进行大数据智能数据分析、智能设备故障预判,经运维服务调度平台开展运维服务,将数字孪生与MR混合现实技术相结合,通过虚拟与现实结合的人机交互行为,实现工作面设备状态监控、故障排查检修、员工虚拟培训学习等目标,有效降低运维成本,并提高生产效率。应用结果表明,MR混合现实智能运维系统能够快速智能完成运维任务,提升运维人员专业技能水平,生产工艺及效率明显提高,有效实现了智能化矿井“降本、保安、增效”目标。

     

    Abstract: In view of the centralized on-line operation of the current intelligent system equipment, there is a disconnect between the use of equipment and operation and maintenance, resulting in insufficient sustainable production efficiency of the mine, and a huge operation and maintenance task of the mine equipment.A digital twin mine operation and maintenance system based on mixed reality technology is proposed and developed.Based on the mine system big data service combined with the adaptive collection service of the underlying industrial protocol hardware equipment, and the integration, analysis and storage capabilities of data, the intelligent data analysis of big data and the fault prediction of intelligent equipment are carried out through the operation and maintenance service scheduling platform.The combination of digital twin and MR Mixed reality technology, through the combination of virtual and reality human-machine interaction behavior, to achieve the status monitoring of working surface equipment, fault troubleshooting and maintenance, staff virtual training and learning goals, effectively reduce operation and maintenance costs, improve production efficiency.The application results show that MR Mixed reality intelligent operation and maintenance system can quickly and intelligently complete operation and maintenance tasks, improve the professional skill level of operation and maintenance personnel, and significantly improve the production process and efficiency, effectively realizing the goal of “cost reduction, security and efficiency increase” of intelligent mine.
