一种掘进工作面风幕隔尘装置设计与试验

Air curtain dust isolation device design and test for driving working face

  • 摘要: 为解决掘进工作面粉尘浓度高给作业人员带来的健康安全隐患,需提高掘进巷道除尘工艺的除尘效率,故提出设计一种新型双风幕隔尘装置,并进行模拟试验研究。结果表明,新型双风幕除尘法、传统长压短抽式除尘法与自然沉降法3种除尘工艺相比,降尘效果双风幕法>传统法>自然沉降,其中双风幕法距巷道迎头面最远端全尘仅为35.46 mg/m3,降尘效率达到92.97%;最远端呼尘仅为4.62 mg/m3,降尘效率达到90.84%,降尘效果显著。该试验装置在一定程度上解决了传统长压短抽除尘工艺的缺陷,通过设置两道风幕起到对粉尘很好的隔绝效果,可以有效保障掘进司机及其他作业人员的健康安全。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high dust concentration in the driving face, which brings health and safety hazards to the operators, and to improve the dust removal efficiency of the dust removal process in the driving roadway, a new type of double air curtain dust isolation device is designed, and simulation test is carried out.The results show that after comparison of the three dust removal processes of the new double air curtain dust removal method, the traditional long pressure and short pumping dust removal method and the natural settlement method, it can be seen the dust reduction effect: double air curtain method > traditional method > natural settlement, of which the double air curtain method, at the farthest end from the headface of the roadway, the whole dust is only 35.46 mg/m3,the dust reduction efficiency reaches 92.97%;at the farthest end, the respiratory dust is only 4.62 mg/m3,the dust reduction efficiency reaches 90.84%.To a certain extent, the test device solves the defects of traditional long pressure and short pumping dust removal process, through the setting of two air curtains to produce a good isolation effect on the dust.
