特厚硬质顶板下的无煤柱开采技术分析

Technology for non-coal pillar mining under thick hard roof

  • 摘要: 对司马矿井下特厚硬质顶板地质条件下的无煤柱开采技术方案进行了分析,在对作业面的地质情况进行勘探后又进行了地质分区,针对性地设计了恒阻大变形锚索支护方案、多区域爆破预裂方案及挡矸支护方案,形成了一套较为完整的特厚硬质顶板下无煤柱开采技术。通过井下工业试验和监测,证明了该方案的应用可靠性,其对类似地质条件下煤炭的高效、安全开采具有较高的指导价值。

     

    Abstract: An analysis was conducted for the technical scheme of non-coal pillar mining under the geological conditions of thick hard roof in Sima mine.After exploration of the geological conditions of operational site, geological zoning was carried out, and targeted schemes of constant resistance large-deformed anchor cable support, multi-zone blasting pre-fracture and gangue-blocking support were designed, forming a complete set of non-coal pillar mining technology under thick hard roof.The reliability of the application of the scheme has been demonstrated through underground industrial testing and monitoring, and has a strong guiding value for the efficient and safe mining of coal under similar geological conditions.
