岳城煤矿15号煤层盘区大巷底鼓原因分析及控制技术研究

Cause analysis and control technology of roadway floor heave in 15# coal seam panel area of Yuecheng Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为了弄清岳城煤矿15号煤层盘区大巷底鼓发生机理,并提出相应防治措施,结合理论分析和现场情况对底鼓诱因进行了多方面分析。分析发现导致大巷底鼓严重的原因主要有巷道跨度大、底板泥岩松软且厚度大、围岩煤体结构强度低和巷道水平应力较大。基于此提出了底板锚杆索+反底拱梁+注浆加固及封闭底板+巷帮补强支护的联合防治护措施。对治理后的大巷进行围岩变形监测,监测结果表明,采取联合防治措施后巷道底鼓量下降明显,对类似赋存条件下巷道底鼓防治具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the occurrence mechanism of floor heave in 15 # coal panel of Yuecheng Coal Mine, and put forward corresponding prevention measures, the cause of floor heave was analyzed combined with theoretical analysis and field situation.It is found that the main causes of serious floor heave of roadway are: large span of roadway, soft and thick mudstone of floor, low structural strength of surrounding rock coal mass and large horizontal stress of roadway.The combined prevention and protection measures of bolt cable+reverse bottom arch beam+grouting reinforcement and sealing floor+roadway-side reinforcement support are put forward.The surrounding rock deformation of the treated roadway is monitored, and the monitoring results show that the floor heave of the roadway decreases obviously after taking joint prevention and control measures.
