特厚冲击地压煤层分层开采临空掘巷防灭火技术研究

Fire prevention and extinguishing technology of roadway driving near goaf in layered mining of extra-thick rockburst coal seam

  • 摘要: 针对特厚冲击地压煤层分层开采临空掘巷易发生煤炭自燃的问题,以某矿250209小煤柱护巷工艺掘进工作面为研究对象,分析了掘进工作面冲击地压防治和防灭火工作存在的矛盾点,得出了临空掘巷防灭火特点,提出了一套“堵漏—控氧—降温”综合防灭火技术,通过优化煤柱宽度、重点区域喷浆、墙体浇筑加固、黄泥灌浆、注氮气等措施,有效降低了临空掘巷的自燃火灾风险,并实现了冲击地压和煤层易自然发火双重灾害下的巷道安全掘进。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that roadway driving near goaf is prone to spontaneous combustion in layered mining of extra-thick rockburst coal seam, taking the roadway driving face with the roadway-protecting process of small coal pillars in 250209upper of a mine as the research object, the contradiction between rockburst prevention and fire extinguishing is analyzed, and the characteristics of fire prevention and extinguishing in roadway driving near goaf are obtained.A set of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology of “plugging-oxygen control-cooling” is put forward.By optimizing the width of coal pillar, shotcreting in key areas, wall pouring and reinforcement, yellow mud grouting, nitrogen injection and other measures, the risk of spontaneous combustion in roadway driving near the goaf is effectively reduced, and the roadway driving safety under the double risk of rock burst and spontaneous combustion in coal seam is realized.
