沁水煤田低透气性煤层穿层钻孔酸化压裂增透技术研究与应用

Acidizing and fracturing permeability-enhancing technology for low-permeability coal seams through-layer drilling in Qinshui Coalfield

  • 摘要: 为解决矿井进入深部开采的煤层低透气性所导致的瓦斯抽采率低的问题,基于水压致裂和酸化增透的理论基础,针对穿层钻孔提出了将压裂液迭代为酸液的酸化压裂复合增透技术,并开展现场试验进行对比分析。通过对比酸化压裂钻孔与普通钻孔前后瓦斯混合流量、抽采浓度、纯量变化,以比较酸化压裂后瓦斯抽采效果。研究表明,酸化压裂后,酸化钻孔组平均单孔混合流量相比普通钻孔组提高了2.1~3.5倍;平均单孔浓度相比普通穿层钻孔组提高了将近50%;平均单孔瓦斯抽采纯量提高了3.9~5.8倍,可知经酸化压裂后的钻孔瓦斯抽采效果明显优于普通穿层钻孔。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of low gas extraction rate caused by the low permeability of coal seams in deep mining, based on the theoretical basis of hydraulic fracturing and acid enhanced permeability, an acid fracturing composite permeability-enhancing technology is proposed for interlayer drilling by iterating fracturing fluid as acid fluid.Field experiments are conducted for comparative analysis.By comparing the changes in gas mixture flow rate, extraction concentration, and purity before and after acid fracturing drilling and ordinary drilling, the gas extraction effect after acid fracturing is compared.Research has shown that after acid fracturing, the average single hole mixed flow rate of the acid drilling group increased by 2.1 to 3.5 times compared to the ordinary drilling group; The average single hole concentration has increased by nearly 50% compared to the ordinary through-layer drilling group.The average single hole gas extraction purity has increased by 3.9 to 5.8 times, and the gas extraction effect of boreholes after acid fracturing is significantly better than that of ordinary through-layer boreholes.
