煤质分析中硫元素分析技术的应用现状

Current application status of sulfur elemental analysis technology in coal quality analysis

  • 摘要: 中国的能源结构以煤为主,而煤炭燃烧会产生大量有害气体二氧化硫,给生态带来巨大的危害,因此,各形态硫元素含量的测定技术对煤炭的清洁利用及脱硫过程无比重要。从传统硫元素含量分析技术存在的问题出发,介绍煤质中硫元素的赋存状态和所会带来的环境问题,分析硫元素检测技术对于煤炭质量控制及环境保护的意义,综述硫元素检测技术的研究现状,主要对传统重量法、库伦滴定法、X射线荧光光谱法、红外光谱法以及目前较为新颖的等离子体发射光谱法检测技术进行总结概括,并对比5种分析技术之间的差别,对存在的问题和现阶段的发展趋势分别进行分析和展望。

     

    Abstract: China's energy structure is dominated by coal, and the burning of coal produces a large amount of harmful sulfur dioxide, which brings great harm to the ecology, so the technology of determining the content of sulfur element in each form is incredibly important for the clean utilization of coal and the process of desulfurization.This paper starting from the problems of traditional sulfur content analysis technology, introduces the state of sulfur in coal and the environmental problems, analyzes the significance of sulfur detection technology for coal quality control and environmental protection, and summarizes the current status of sulfur detection technology, mainly in the traditional gravimetric method, coulometric titration, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, infrared spectrometry, and the new plasma emission spectrometry detection technology, and compares the differences between the five analytical techniques.The existing problems and the development trend of the current stage are prospected.
