黑龙煤业矿井掘进系统智能化改造

  • 摘要: 以黑龙煤业矿井智能化矿山建设为背景,结合矿井地质现场和设备现状,对井下掘进系统实施智能化改造。通过对包括掘进机位姿检测系统、截割轨迹自动纠偏控制系统、自动截割成巷控制系统、人员接近安全预警系统、防碰撞预警系统、工况监测及故障诊断系统在内6个子系统进行改造,可实现全机械化智能控制、视距遥控/远程遥控、自动截割、自主纠偏与防碰撞、工况监测、作业人员防护、远程集控平台、地面集控中心、综掘机增加机载临时支护功能等多项功能。实现单位时间产能提高8%~10%,人员核减10人,每年节省100万元人工成本,同时改善工人高强度和高风险作业环境,并降低了资产设备使用风险。

     

    Abstract: Based on the construction of intelligent mine in Heilong Coal Mine, the intelligent transformation of underground driving system is implemented in combination with the geological site and equipment status of the mine.It is determined that through the transformation of six sub-systems, including the position and posture detection system of roadheader, automatic deviation correction control system of cutting trajectory, automatic cutting roadway-forming control system, personnel approach safety warning system, anti-collision warning system, working condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system, It can realize a number of functions such as fully mechanized intelligent control, line-of-sight remote control/remote control, automatic cutting, self-correcting and anti-collision, working condition monitoring, operator protection, remote centralized control platform, ground centralized control center, and the temporary support function of integrated excavator.The unit time production capacity is increased by 8% to 10%,the personnel are reduced by 10 people, and the labor cost is saved by 1 million yuan per year.
