薄煤层综采工作面回撤通道支护关键技术研究

Key technology for withdrawal roadway support of fully mechanized mining face in thin coal seam

  • 摘要: 随着综采工作面回撤、安装频次不断增加,工作面设备回撤与安装速度成为制约煤矿安全高效开采的重要因素之一。部分矿井通过预留回撤通道提高工作面回撤效率,但随着工作面不断推进,若回撤通道内支护不到位,围岩大变形甚至会使通道冒落的风险增加。黄陇矿区目前暂无预留回撤通道进行设备回撤先例,以瑞能煤矿薄煤层119综采工作面为研究对象,提出了预留回撤通道的回撤方法并工程应用,总结了预留回撤通道支护、末采贯通控制及通道矿压监测等关键技术。综采工作面推采至预留回撤通道前必须对回撤通道采取“主动+被动”支护形式进行补强支护;合理设置预留回撤通道内矿压观测综合测站,加强矿压监测,及时调整回撤通道内支护,严防预留通道垮塌。该技术开辟了黄陵矿区薄煤层预留回撤通道回撤的先例,为类似条件下工作面回撤工艺改进提供了重要参考。

     

    Abstract: At present, there is no precedent for reserving a withdrawal roadway for equipment retreat in Huanglong mining area.Taking the thin coal seam 119 fully mechanized mining face of Ruineng Coal Mine as an example, we propose a retreat method for reserving withdrawal roadway and its engineering application.Key technologies such as reserved withdrawal roadway support, final mining breakthrough control, and passage roadway pressure monitoring are summarized.Before the fully mechanized mining face advancing to the reserved withdrawal roadway, the withdrawal roadway must be reinforced with “active+passive” support mode; Reasonably set up comprehensive mine pressure monitoring stations within the reserved withdrawal roadway, strengthen mine pressure monitoring, adjust the support inside the withdrawal roadway in a timely manner, and strictly prevent the collapse of the reserved roadway.
