高龄工业厂房改造加固设计分析

Renovation and reinforcement design for old industrial buildings

  • 摘要: 对现有高龄工业厂房进行检测鉴定并恢复其图纸,检测鉴定结果表明许多结构构件承载力已经不满足规范要求,不能继续使用,且该厂房的结构类型也早已被淘汰。根据检测鉴定结果,选择合适的加固方案对结构进行改造加固设计,使其结构类型变为符合规范的框架剪力墙结构,并使各结构构件承载能力满足规范要求,从而使其可以再次投入使用,提高生产效益。

     

    Abstract: Existing old industrial factory buildings were inspected and assessed, and their drawings were restored.The results showed that the requirements for the bearing capacity of many structural components cannot been met, which indicated the structure could not continue to be used.Moreover, the structural form of the factory building had already been outdated.Based on the inspection and assessment results, the appropriate reinforcement scheme was selected to renovate and reinforce the structure, transforming its structural type into the frame-shear wall structure that accorded with the related codes, and the bearing capacity of each structural component could meet the requirements of the codes, so that it could been put into use again and improve production efficiency.
