采煤工作面液压支架回撤创新工艺应用与实践

Application and practice of innovative technology of hydraulic support withdrawal in coal mining face

  • 摘要: 蒋家河煤矿辅助运输系统为轨道运输,以往所有工作面液压支架回撤后采空区通道均采用架设木垛的方式进行维护,回撤支架则利用通道内安装绞车与滑轮组合应用的工艺。通过蒋家河煤矿ZF215工作面设备回撤中回撤通道局部通风工艺的创新应用以及TYH-400型液压支架调移装置在支架回撤掉向过程中的应用,从工作面支架回撤工艺介绍、重要环节操作、施工工期分析及存在问题等方面对采煤工作面设备回撤中局部通风及液压支架调移装置创新工艺应用操作简易、安全性高、经济适用的优越性作出实践证明,此工艺在蒋家河矿井及公司范围内采煤工作面支架回撤中得到了广泛应用并取得了良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: The auxiliary transportation system of Jiangjiahe mine is rail transportation.In the past, all goaf passageways were maintained by erecting wooden cribs after hydraulic supports were withdrawn, and withdrawal support utilizes a combination of winch and pulley installed in the passage.Through the innovation and application of local ventilation technology of withdrawal passage in equipment withdrawal of Zf215 working face in Jiangjiahe mine and the application of TYH-400 hydraulic support transfer device in the process of support withdrawal, from the aspects of technology introduction, important link operation, construction period analysis and existing problems, this paper proves the advantages of the innovative technology of local ventilation and hydraulic support transfer device in coal face equipment withdrawal, such as simple operation, high safety and economical application, which has also been widely used in support withdrawal of coal face in Jiangjiahe mine with good results.
