EJM2×170久益掘锚一体机应用研究

  • 摘要: 彬长矿区煤层埋深较深,各矿井围岩水平应力均大于垂直应力,尤其是掘进工作面,围岩成型较渝北等陕北煤矿差距较大,相应的会造成顺槽支护困难、标准化水平低、返修频繁、人工劳动繁琐的恶劣循环作业等问题,使得施工组织与安全作业风险点增多。同时,单进水平低,甚至会影响矿井正常接续。为了解决该类问题,孟村煤矿采用久益掘锚一体机快速掘进设备,该套系统主要由EJM2×170掘锚机+DZQ100/95/30桥式转载皮带+DWZY1000/1500皮带自移机尾+DSJ100/100/2×200 kW长距离运料带式输送机4部分组成。同时,针对该设备对施工工艺进行再次优化,既大幅降低了工人的劳动强度,又不断地提高了巷道的成型质量以及单进水平,实现了“一次支护、永不返修”的目的,有效推进了矿井接续水平,并为后续工作面的安全回采奠定了良好基础。

     

    Abstract: The coal seams in the Binchang mining area are deeply buried, and the horizontal stress of surrounding rock in each mine is greater than the vertical stress, especially in the excavation working face.The formation of the surrounding rock is significantly different from that of coal mines in northern Shaanxi such as Yubei, resulting in difficulties in supporting the mining way, low standardization level, frequent repairs, and tedious manual labor in harsh cyclic operations.This has caused many risk points in construction organization and safety operations, and the single entry level is low, which even affects the normal connection of mines.In order to solve such problems, Mengcun Coal Mine adopts Jiuyi excavation-anchoring integrated machine rapid tunneling equipment.This system is mainly composed of EJM2×170 excavation and anchoring machine+DZQ100/95/30 bridge-type transfer belt+DWZY1000/1500 belt self-moving machine tail+DSJ100/100/2/2×200 kW long-distance material transportation machine.The construction process has been further optimized for this equipment, which significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers, By continuously improving the forming quality and single entry level of the roadway, the goal of “one-time support, never repair” has been achieved, effectively promoting the continuity level of the mine.
