神府煤田煤矿老空水害防治技术与应用

Prevention and control of water hazards in the old goaf of Shenfu coalfield coal mine

  • 摘要: 神府煤田是我国重要煤田之一,近些年来随着资源开发的开采深入,老空水害防治问题日益凸显,故着重介绍弘建煤矿老空水全过程防治的典型案例,以寻求解决方案。对矿井概况及老空水害现状特点进行描述,采用以“探、疏”为主的老空水害防治措施,通过物探先行、钻探验证循环作业进行老空水害防治。进行钻孔设计时,结合物探成果并充分考虑工作面水文地质条件,科学合理布置钻孔、长短结合、突出重点。施工前进行探放水设计与安全措施审查宣贯,现场由专业人员标定钻孔参数;施工中做好过程监督,严格按照设计要求钻探施工,做好记录与验收;针对出水钻孔做好放水统计;放水结束后再进行物探探查积水区域,同时采取截水、隔水、预防与应急等协同措施。经施工后,完成众多探放水钻孔,发现疏放积水效果显著,成功消除上覆老空水威胁,并解放大量煤炭资源,对神府煤田同类型煤矿老空水害防治具有重要参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Shenfu Coalfield is one of the important coalfields in China.In recent years, with the deepening of resource development, the problem of preventing and controlling old goaf water disasters has become increasingly prominent.We introduced a typical case of the whole process prevention and control of old goaf water in Hongjian Coal Mine.Firstly, the overview of the mine and the characteristics of the current situation of water hazards in old goafs were described.The prevention and control measures for water hazards in old goafs were mainly based on “exploration and drainage”,which were carried out through geophysical exploration and drilling verification cycle operations.When designing drilling holes, it is necessary to combine geophysical exploration results and fully consider the hydrogeological conditions of the working face, scientifically and reasonably arranging drilling holes.Prior to construction, we conducted a review and publicity of the design of water exploration and safety measures, and had professional personnel calibrate the drilling parameters on site; carried out process supervision during construction, strictly followed the design requirements for drilling construction, and kept records and acceptance checks.After the water discharge was completed, we conducted geophysical exploration of the flooded area.Collaborative measures such as water interception, isolation, prevention, and emergency response were adopted.
