浅埋区掘进工作面围岩超前注浆加固技术研究

Advanced grouting reinforcement technology of surrounding rock with excavation working face passing shallow buried area

  • 摘要: 针对冯家塔2号煤层过浅埋区时易出现由围岩破碎造成的“随掘随冒”问题,以冯家塔煤矿3209掘进工作面为工程背景,采用钻孔窥视、理论分析、实验测试及现场应用相结合的手段,研究了3209工作面围岩力学参数特性、锚注支护工艺,并提出了超前区锚注一体化支护组合承载拱结构,以及基于水泥-硅酸钠双液速凝注浆材料与预应力斜拉注浆锚索,实现了过浅埋区围岩稳定性控制。实践应用表明,无机双组份速凝注浆加固料超前注浆加固风化软岩顶板,可解决3209辅运巷随掘随冒的问题。斜拉锚索支护每排施工5颗注浆锚索,注浆量0.37 t/排,超前加固效果优秀。超前注浆材料充填围岩裂隙,破碎围岩的黏结强度提高,整体性增强。注浆加固后,顶板离层裂隙充填密实,围岩整体性提高。

     

    Abstract: The 3209 excavation working face of Fengjiata Coal Mine is taken as the background of research.Drilling hole peeping, theoretical analysis, experimental testing and on-site application are adopted to study the characteristics of mechanical parameters of surrounding rock in the 3209 working face, and a combined bearing arch structure with integrated anchor and grouting support in the advanced area is proposed.Based on cement-sodium silicate two-liquid quick-setting grouting material and pre-stressed diagonal grouting anchor cable, the stability control of the surrounding rock passing shallow buried zone is realized.Practical application shows that: the advanced grouting reinforcement of weathered soft rock roof by inorganic two-component quick-setting grouting reinforcing material can solve the problem of collapse-while-excavation for 3209 auxiliary transport roadway; Diagonal pulling anchor cable supporting construction of each row of 5 grouting anchors, with the grouting volume of 0.37 t/row, the effect of advanced reinforcing is excellent; With advanced grouting material filling up the surrounding rock fissure, and improvement of broken surrounding rock's bond strength, its integrity is enhanced; After the grouting reinforcement, the fissures of roof separating layer are filled densely, thus the integrity of the surrounding rock is boosted.
