Abstract:
In order to explore the mechanism of steel pipe concrete support in deep roadway, taking the belt roadway of ten mining areas of Shuiyu Coal Industry as the engineering background, comparing the mechanical properties of U-type steel support and steel pipe concrete support through theoretical calculations, and optimizing the cross-section shape of steel pipe concrete, we proposed shaped steel pipe concrete support, which was applied to the belt roadway of ten mining areas where the control of 29#U steel support fails.The results show that: the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel pipe concrete support is much larger than that of the U-type steel support, the steel pipe concrete support has a larger support force on the roof and both sides of the roadway, and it is suitable for the roadway with larger horizontal stress; the section bending modulus and ultimate bearing capacity of the shaped steel pipe concrete support are larger than that of the circular steel pipe concrete support, and the displacement of the belt roadway in the ten mining areas with the shaped steel pipe concrete support is smaller, and it can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in the belt roadway of the tenth mining area.
