钢管混凝土复合支护技术创新研究——以水峪煤业巷道为例

Technological innovation of steel pipe concrete composite support——Taking Shuiyu coal industry roadway as an example

  • 摘要: 为探讨钢管混凝土支护在深部巷道中的作用机理,以水峪煤业十采区皮带巷为工程背景,通过理论计算比较U型钢支护与钢管混凝土支护的力学性能,而后对钢管混凝土的截面形状进行了优化,提出了异形钢管混凝土支护,并将其应用于29#U钢支架控制失效的十采区皮带巷。结果表明,钢管混凝土支架的极限承载力远大于U型钢支架,且钢管混凝土支护对顶板和巷道两侧具有较大的支撑力,适用于水平应力较大的巷道;而异形钢管混凝土支座的截面弯曲模量和极限承载力均大于圆形钢管混凝土支座,且异形钢管混凝土支护的十采区皮带巷位移较小,可以有效控制十采区皮带巷的围岩变形。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the mechanism of steel pipe concrete support in deep roadway, taking the belt roadway of ten mining areas of Shuiyu Coal Industry as the engineering background, comparing the mechanical properties of U-type steel support and steel pipe concrete support through theoretical calculations, and optimizing the cross-section shape of steel pipe concrete, we proposed shaped steel pipe concrete support, which was applied to the belt roadway of ten mining areas where the control of 29#U steel support fails.The results show that: the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel pipe concrete support is much larger than that of the U-type steel support, the steel pipe concrete support has a larger support force on the roof and both sides of the roadway, and it is suitable for the roadway with larger horizontal stress; the section bending modulus and ultimate bearing capacity of the shaped steel pipe concrete support are larger than that of the circular steel pipe concrete support, and the displacement of the belt roadway in the ten mining areas with the shaped steel pipe concrete support is smaller, and it can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in the belt roadway of the tenth mining area.
