孤岛工作面过大型向斜构造矿压显现规律及防治技术

Mine pressure behavior law and prevention technology for large syncline structure in isolated working face

  • 摘要: 考虑到孤岛工作面过大型向斜构造时围岩采动应力分布不均造成的应力集中区易诱发强矿压灾害,以陈家山煤矿418工作面为背景,基于数值模拟和现场监测对矿压显现规律和分布特征进行了研究。研究表明,418工作面在向斜构造区影响下,轴部到翼部的工作面中部支承压力分别增加了24.7%、24.3%、20.6%、20%,并且向斜轴部工作面煤层底板的压力集中程度较为明显。针对418工作面褶曲构造区围岩高应力集中区,提出了帮部大直径钻孔及顶板预裂爆破卸压技术,并对卸压效果进行评价。现场结果表明,该方法对于冲击地压的防治效果显著,降低了该区域强矿压灾害风险,保障了工作面安全开采。

     

    Abstract: Considering that the stress concentration area caused by the uneven distribution of mining stress in the surrounding rock when the isolated island working face is too large with syncline structure, the behavior law and distribution characteristics of the mine pressure are studied based on numerical simulation and field monitoring and taking the 418 working face of Chenjiashan Coal Mine as background.The results show that under the influence of the syncline structural area, the abutment pressure in the middle of the working face from the shaft to the wing increases by 24.7%,24.3%,20.6% and 20%,respectively, and the pressure concentration of the coal seam floor of the working face on the syncline axis is obvious.Aiming at the high stress concentration area of the surrounding rock in the folded structural area of the 418 working face, the pressure relief technology of large-diameter borehole and roof pre-fracturing blasting was proposed, and the pressure relief effect was evaluated.The field results show that the method has a significant effect on the prevention and control of rock burst.The risk of strong mine pressure disaster in the area is reduced, thus ensuring the working face's safe mining.
