单一低透气性煤层穿层钻孔瓦斯有效抽采半径研究

Effective gas extraction radius for layer-through-boreholes of single low-permeability coal seam

  • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采是单一低透气性突出煤层工作面瓦斯治理的根本措施,其中瓦斯抽采半径的准确测定直接影响瓦斯抽采效果的优劣,钻孔间距过大极易形成抽采空白区域,过小则容易加重施工钻孔工程量,进而造成抽掘采的平衡失调。分析了当前抽采半径的优缺点,尤其国标中规定的测定方法,结合现场实际情况,提出了压降法和瓦斯含量法相结合的穿层钻孔有效抽采半径综合测定方法,并在现场进行了工业性应用。结果表明,综合测定方法中各个参数均是根据现场实测数据所得,能够较为完整地反映出所测区域煤层瓦斯赋存及抽采的实际情况,且每一测定过程均相互验证,更能保障测定结果的准确性。最终,测定中马村煤矿39采区抽采达标条件下的穿层钻孔有效抽采半径(冲孔规模0.25 t/m)为2.80 m。

     

    Abstract: It was the fundamental measure for gas control through gas extraction in a single low permeability outburst coal seam working face.The quality of gas extraction effect was directly controlled by the accurate determination of gas extraction radius, the blank areas for extraction were easily created by excessive spacing between boreholes, the amount of drilling work were increased by insufficient spacing, and the imbalances in extraction and mining was destroyed.The advantages and disadvantages of the current extraction radius were analyzed, especially the determination method specified in the national standard.Based on the actual situation, we proposed that a comprehensive method for determining the effective extraction radius of through layer drilling by combining pressure drop method and gas content method, and industrial applications were carried out.The results indicated that: all parameters in the comprehensive measurement method were obtained by on-site measured data, which can fully reflect the actual situation of coalbed methane occurrence and extraction in the measured area, and each measurement process were mutually validated.The accuracy of the measurement results were ensured.It was determined at 2.80 m of the effective extraction radius(with a punching scale of 0.25 t/m) of the through layer drilling under the standard extraction conditions in the 39th mining area of Zhongmacun Mine.
