燕子山矿软弱厚顶板条件下巷道开挖防治技术研究

Prevention and control of roadway excavation under conditions of soft and thick roof in Yanzishan Mine

  • 摘要: 软弱厚煤层顶板条件下巷道掘进工作面常出现煤壁稳定性差、煤壁滑移、顶煤漏冒等问题,故须对巷道掘进工作面围岩进行加固。综合运用矿压理论分析、数值模拟等方法对煤壁片帮机理进行研究,提出了“煤壁注水+金属棚架”联合支护技术。研究结果表明,在巷道掘进过程中,两帮和顶板中部的煤岩交界处是易发生片帮的薄弱区域,需要进行加固处理。通过对煤壁进行注水结合金属护顶骨架,保证了巷道的安全高效掘进,该技术的应用不仅有效地防止了片帮,而且提高了对围岩变形的控制。现场观测40 d期间,顶板最大变形量为24.8 mm,两帮移近量为21.5 mm,巷道变形量控制在安全范围内。

     

    Abstract: Poor coal wall stability, coal wall slippage, top coal leakage and other problems often occur in the roadway excavation face under the conditions of soft and thick coal seam roof, and the surrounding rock of the roadway excavation face must be reinforced.Comprehensive use of mine pressure theory analysis, numerical simulation and other methods, the mechanism of coal wall spalling was studied, and the “coal wall water injection+metal scaffolding” joint support technology was put forward.Research results show that: in the tunneling process, the coal and rock junction between the two sides and the middle of the roof is a weak area prone to spalling, and needs to be reinforced.By injecting water into the coal wall combined with the metal roof protection skeleton, the safe and efficient tunneling is ensured, and the application of this technology not only effectively prevents spalling, but also improves the control of surrounding rock deformation.The maximum deformation of the roof was 24.8 mm, and the convergence of the two sides were 21.5 mm during the 40 d of on-site observation, and the deformation of the roadway was controlled within the safety range.
