煤矿综采工作面风幕降尘技术研究

Air curtain dust reduction technology of coal mine fully mechanized mining face

  • 摘要: 随着煤矿综采工艺的不断发展和机械化程度的提高,综采工作面的产尘量显著增加,这对井下工人的健康和生产安全构成了严重威胁。为降低综采工作面粉尘浓度,采用数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法,提出了综采工作面风幕降尘技术,并在付家焉煤矿3煤层4101综采工作面进行试验。实践应用结果表明,在2台风机出口产生的高速气流场作用下,采煤机与巷道之间形成三角形风幕,可有效防止粉尘进入司机工作区域。应用粉尘治理技术前,采煤机司机工作区粉尘浓度超过2 000 mg/m3,但应用粉尘治理技术后,采煤机司机工作区域粉尘浓度降低至300 mg/m3,有效阻隔和降低了采煤过程中产生的粉尘,改善了井下工作环境,研究成果对于保障煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of the comprehensively mechanized mining process and the improvement of mechanization in coal mines, the dust production in the comprehensive mining working face increases significantly, which poses a serious threat to the health and production safety of underground workers.In order to reduce the dust in the comprehensive mining face, a combination of numerical simulation and on-site measurement is used to propose an air curtain dust reduction technology for the comprehensive mining face, which is tested in the 4101 comprehensive mining face on the 3# coal of Fujiayan Coal Mine.The results of practical application show that: under the action of high-speed airflow field generated by the outlet of 2 air turbines, a triangular air curtain is formed between coal mining machine and roadway, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the driver's working area; the dust concentration in the driver's working area of the coal mining machine is more than 2 000 mg/m3 before applying the dust management technology, but after applying the dust management technology, the dust concentration in the driver's working area of the coal mining machine is reduced to 300 mg/m3,and the dust concentration in the driver's working area of the coal mining machine is reduced to 300 mg/m3,which is effectively blocking and reducing dust in the coal mining process, and improving the underground working environment.
