煤矿采空区自燃“三带”规律研究

“Three zones” law of spontaneous combustion in coal mine goaf

  • 摘要: 以陕西某矿某综采工作面为例,为研究煤矿采空区自然发火“三带”规律,通过铺设束管结合现场观测,收集气体数据并分析氧气分布规律。基于FLUENT软件构建采空区“三带”模型,以O2浓度作为划分指标,进行采空区“三带”范围划分,确定氧化升温带最大距离;将模拟结果与现场气体数据进行比对,结合浮煤最短的自然发火期。采空区氧化带为进风侧距工作面61~190 m,回风侧距工作面46.5~154 m,最大氧化带宽125.6 m。极限安全推进速度为5.6 m/d。这一研究提供了防治煤矿采空区自然火灾的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Taking a fully mechanized mining face of a mine in Shaanxi Province as an example, in order to study the law of “three zones” of spontaneous ignition in goaf of coal mine, gas data were collected and oxygen distribution law was analyzed by laying beam tube combined with field observation.The “three zones” model of goaf was constructed based on FLUENT software, and the range of “three zones” of goaf was divided with O2 concentration as the dividing index, and the maximum distance of oxidation heating zone was determined.The simulation results are compared with the field gas data, combined with the shortest spontaneous ignition period of floating coal.The oxidation zone in the goaf of the mine is 61 meters to 190 meters away from the working face, the return air side is 46.5 meters to 154 meters away from the working face, and the maximum oxidation zone width is 125.6 meters.The maximum safe driving speed is 5.6 meters per day.
