Abstract: As a pilot province of national energy revolution, Shaanxi Province is promoting the green transformation of energy structure through the deep integration of comprehensive treatment of coal mining subsidence area and new energy resources development.This paper systematically analyzes the current installed capacity of wind and photovoltaic power projects in Shaanxi Province in 2024.Based on the typical case of Shaanxi Province, the author puts forward a three-dimensional development mode of “ecological restoration+ industrial coordination”, and proposes solutions to the bottleneck problems of grid consumption and cost optimization, which provides reference for the development of new energy resources in similar regions.
