基于数字孪生技术的矿山现场应急救援分析

Analysis of mine emergency rescue based on digital twin technology

  • 摘要: 随着信息技术的不断发展,矿山现场应急救援的重要发展逐渐朝系统化、精准化、智能化和多样化发展。我国矿山在安全领域广泛投入信息技术建设,但仍然面临着矿难发生后复杂多变的情况。在现场救援过程中,往往难以全面捕捉所有信息并制定合适的救援方案。故基于数字孪生技术提出了矿山现场救援环境数字孪生系统(DTS-MRE),并介绍了其总体架构、功能特点以及系统建设所必需的关键技术。DTS-MRE的应用有望辅助矿山应急救援治理全过程的监测、模拟、仿真、协调、预测和控制,从而增加矿井应急救援的成功率,并为矿山安全应急救援提供科技支撑。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology, the important development of emergency rescue at mine gradually pursues systematization, precision, intelligence and diversification.China's mines have invested extensively in information technology construction in the field of safety, and despite these efforts, they are still faced with complex and changing situations after mining accidents.During the on-site rescue process, it is often difficult to comprehensively capture all the information and develop an appropriate rescue plan.In this paper, a digital twin system for mine rescue environment(DTS-MRE)is proposed based on digital twin technology, and its overall architecture, functional features, and key technologies for system construction are introduced.The application of DTS-MRE is expected to assist the monitoring, modeling, simulation, coordination, prediction, and control of the whole process of mine emergency rescue governance, thus increasing the success rate of mine emergency rescue and providing scientific and technological support for mine safety emergency rescue.
