Abstract: In order to improve the intelligent control level of coal preparation plant, realize the automation, digitalization, and intelligence of coal preparation plant process, and build an intelligent control system for coal preparation plant based on the industrial internet, a platform for the intelligent control system of coal preparation plant was set up and put into production practice.Based on the design goal of the intelligent control system for coal preparation plant, an intelligent control system for coal preparation plant was established, which includes basic network, basic automation, and key technology applications.This system is based on the industrial internet architecture and can achieve data sharing and integration, business interconnection, and unified collaborative management between different production systems in the coal preparation plant.The central control system of coal preparation plant is PLC controller, which is the core component of intelligent control system of coal preparation plant, and the central nervous system of coal preparation plant's centralized control.
