Coal power supply monitoring system based on LoRa and ESP-NOW

  • 摘要: 在当前的能源行业中,煤炭作为一种重要的能源,在全球能源供应中占有不可替代的地位。随着环保要求的提升和生产效率的不断追求,煤炭供电系统的高效、安全运行直接关系到煤炭的生产安全,是保证开采过程中生产连续性的重要环节。此外,煤矿环境独特,存在粉尘、高温和高湿等特殊条件,对煤炭供电监测系统提出了更高的要求。而传统的煤炭供电监测系统存在布线复杂、通信距离受限和数据传输不稳定等缺点,故设计一种基于LoRa和ESP-NOW的煤炭供电监测系统,旨在提高煤炭供电监测系统的可靠性和覆盖范围。系统选择STM32微控制器作为主控芯片,利用LoRa组网技术,引入ESP-NOW协议,通过构建低功耗、远距离传输的无线传感网络,实现了对煤炭供电系统运行状态的实时监测。实验结果表明,该系统具有数据传输可靠性高、传输距离远和功耗低的显著优势,能够为煤矿安全生产提供有效的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: With the boost of environmental protection requirements and the continuous pursuit of production efficiency, the efficient and safe operation of coal power supply system is directly related to the production safety of coal, and is an important link to ensure the continuity of production in the mining process.In addition, the coal mine environment is unique, with special conditions such as dust, high temperature, and high humidity, which puts higher demands for the coal power supply monitoring system.The traditional coal power supply monitoring system has disadvantages such as complex wiring, limited communication distance, and unstable data transmission.This article designs a coal power supply monitoring system based on LoRa and ESP-NOW,aiming to improve the reliability and coverage of the coal power supply monitoring system.The system selects STM32 microcontroller as the main control chip, uses LoRa networking technology, introduces ESP-NOW protocol, and constructs a low-power, long-distance transmission wireless sensor network to achieve real-time monitoring of the operation status of coal power supply system.The experimental results show that the system has significant advantages of high data transmission reliability, long transmission distance, and low power consumption.
