矿井主煤流智能运输系统设计及应用

Design and application of intelligent transportation system for main coal flow in mine

  • 摘要: 随着自动化和智能化技术的快速发展,矿井主煤流运输系统正逐步向智能化方向发展。针对矿用传统主煤流运输控制系统,存在自动化、智能化水平低,运输效率低,能耗高的不足,为有效解决上述问题,针对传统煤矿主煤流运输系统应用现状,基于PLC控制器设计了一种矿井主煤流与带速协同控制系统,设计了系统的硬件部分及软件部分,并进行了应用测试。结果表明,应用该系统后矿井主煤流运输效率可提高52%,主煤流运输能耗可降低24.3%,达到了较好的应用效率,证明了新设计方案的可行性,证明了智能运输系统在提高运输效率、保障生产安全和降低人力成本方面具有显著优势。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of automation and intelligent technology, the main coal flow transportation system in mines is gradually developing towards intelligence.In view of the low level of automation and intelligence, low transportation efficiency and high energy consumption in traditional mine's main coal flow transportation control system, and based on the current application of traditional coal mine's main coal flow transportation system, a mine main coal flow and belt speed collaborative control system based on PLC controller is designed.The hardware and software parts of the system are designed and the application test is carried out.The results show that after applying this system, the transportation efficiency of mine main coal flow can be increased by 52%,and the energy consumption of the main coal flow transportation can be reduced by 24.3%,which has achieved application efficiency, and verified the feasibility of the new design scheme, and the significant advantages of the intelligent transportation system in improving transportation efficiency, thus ensuring production safety and personnel reduction.
