Abstract:
With the rapid development of automation and intelligent technology, the main coal flow transportation system in mines is gradually developing towards intelligence.In view of the low level of automation and intelligence, low transportation efficiency and high energy consumption in traditional mine's main coal flow transportation control system, and based on the current application of traditional coal mine's main coal flow transportation system, a mine main coal flow and belt speed collaborative control system based on PLC controller is designed.The hardware and software parts of the system are designed and the application test is carried out.The results show that after applying this system, the transportation efficiency of mine main coal flow can be increased by 52%,and the energy consumption of the main coal flow transportation can be reduced by 24.3%,which has achieved application efficiency, and verified the feasibility of the new design scheme, and the significant advantages of the intelligent transportation system in improving transportation efficiency, thus ensuring production safety and personnel reduction.
