峨眉山玄武岩组煤系夹层开采瓦斯治理关键技术

Key technology of gas control in coal measures interlayer mining of Emeishan basalt formation

  • 摘要: 贵州松河煤业113203工作面布置在峨眉山玄武岩组煤系夹层中,煤层封盖指数高、瓦斯压力大、瓦斯含量高、吸附性强,局部存在1~2层100~200 mm的煤夹矸,单一措施难以控制,瓦斯治理难度极大。为解决采面安全回采的问题,提出了峨眉山玄武岩组煤系夹层开采瓦斯治理关键技术,通过“顺层为主+穿层为辅+增透强化+局部补充”的四位一体全方位网格化防突措施来控制回采区域。结果表明,该技术实施后,113203运输巷造穴钻孔抽采量提高了87%;回采期间k1值最大0.28 mL/g·min1/2,有效降低66.7%;平均每月回采70 m,回采效率提高65.74%;回采期间工作面瓦斯浓度最大0.42%,回采期间实现“零超限、零预警”目标,确保了安全回采。

     

    Abstract: The 113203 working face of Guizhou Songhe Coal Industry Development Co.,Ltd.is in the interlayer of basalt group coal measures in Emei Mountain.Coal seam sealing index is high with high gas pressure, high gas content and strong adsorption, and there are 1~2 local layers with 100~200 mm coal gangue.The key technology of gas control in coal measures interlayer mining of Emeishan basalt group is put forward.The four-in-one comprehensive grid anti-outburst measures of “bedding as the main+through the layer as the auxiliary+permeability-increased enhancement+local supplement” are adopted to control the mining area.The results show that: after the implementation of this technology, the production of tunnel drilling in 113203 transportation lane is increased by 87%;During the mining period, the maximum k1 value was 0.28 mL/g·min1/2,which was effectively reduced by 66.7%.The average monthly recovery is 70 m, and the recovery efficiency is increased by 65.74%.The maximum concentration of gas in the working face during mining is 0.42%,and the goal of “zero overlimit and zero warning” is achieved during mining to ensure safe mining.
