锚杆掘进机快速开挖技术在神角煤矿深部巷道中的应用

Application of anchor boring machine rapid excavation technology in deep roadway of Shenjiao Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 快速掘进能够缓解掘进速度与生产需求的不平衡关系,对大型煤矿的可持续发展具有重要作用。基于神角煤矿地质条件特征,提出了巷道掘进工艺和效率的改进技术,并针对BMRET(锚杆掘进机快速掘进技术)提出了相应的评价方法,包括平行作业指数(Px)和单元钻孔法指数(Dx)。为验证改进BMRET的有效性,进行了现场应用,从巷道收敛和锚索轴力等方面对新型支护方案的性能和可靠性进行监测。结果表明,BMRET的平均掘进速度为36.15 m/d(1 080 m/月),与原掘进工艺相比提高了99.72%,说明BMRET在巷道掘进中具有较高的效率,可有效控制深部巷道的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Rapid roadheading can alleviate the imbalance between the roadheading speed and production demand, and plays an important role in the sustainable development of large-scale coal mines.Based on the geological condition characteristics of Shenjiao Coal Mine, the improvement technology of roadway boring process and efficiency is proposed, and corresponding evaluation methods are proposed for BMRET(rapid boring technology),including parallel operation index(Px)and unit drilling method index(Dx).In order to verify the effectiveness of the improved BMRET,a field application was carried out to monitor the performance and reliability of the new support scheme in terms of roadway convergence and anchor cable axial force.The results show that the average boring speed of BMRET is 36.15 m/d(1 080 m/month),which is 99.72% higher than that of the original boring process, indicating that BMRET has high efficiency in roadway boring and can effectively control the stability of deep roadways.
