Abstract:
In order to investigate the sources of groundwater recharge and the connectivity with the aquifer system above the coal seams in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine, this study collected samples of surface water, groundwater, and mine water in the mining area.Using hydrochemical composition, hydrogen oxygen isotope composition(δ D and δ
18O),and radioactive strontium isotope composition(
87Sr/
86Sr),the hydraulic connections between different water bodies in the mining area were explored. The results indicate that the pressurized water in the Zhiluo Formation is currently the main source of supply for mine water; The contribution of field depressions and ponds on the surface of the mining area to the groundwater of the Sarawusu Formation is not significant; The Sarawusu group phreatic water is currently not a direct source of mine water for filling. These results provide important scientific support for the exploration and drainage measures in coal mines.
