煤矿巷道顶板离层机理分析与支护关键技术研究

Separation mechanism of coal mine roadway roof and key technologies of support

  • 摘要: 为了应对顶板离层带来的安全问题,分析其产生机理并对该类事故进行巷道支护优化和预警。以内蒙古鄂尔多斯某矿四盘区某工作面材料巷为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟分析了巷道跨度、高度以及地应力和围岩抗弯刚度的影响,并通过数值模拟得到伪顶和直接顶离层高度为43 cm。根据大断面巷道支护机理,采用锚网梁联合支护,对破碎离层区采取锚索五花布置高预应力锚索和注浆锚索进行支护和注浆维护,很大程度上减少了顶板离层量以及关键层的破断以及离层带来的地表沉降。根据顶板离层的临界值和预警值进行监测,大大提高了巷道的安全性。

     

    Abstract: For dealing with the safety problems caused by roof separation, we analyze its mechanism, optimize roadway support and give early warning to such accidents.Based on the engineering background of a working face material roadway in Sipan area of a mine, the influences of roadway span, height, ground stress and bending stiffness of surrounding rock are analyzed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The pseudo-roof height and direct roof separation height are obtained at 43 m through numerical simulation, and combined support with anchor net beam is adopted according to the supporting mechanism of large-section roadway.High prestressed anchor cable and grouting bolt cable are used to optimize support and grouting maintenance in the broken separated layer area, which greatly reduces the amount of roof separation, the breaking of key layer and the surface settlement caused by the separated layer.The roadway safety is greatly improved by monitoring according to the critical value and early warning value of the roof separation layer.
