多含水层同径止水技术在煤矿抽水试验应用研究

Application of multiple aquifer same diameter water stopping technology in coal mine pumping test

  • 摘要: 在开展水文地质调查评价工作时,对各充水含水层进行分层抽水试验、准确获取含水层水文地质参数具有十分重要的意义。以彬长矿区胡家河煤矿H40310钻孔为研究对象,结合Packer封隔分层止水技术的优势,在总结分析多含水层同径止水技术原理的基础上,通过设计抽水试验方案,开展同径止水使用方法和适用条件的研究。结果表明,利用双栓塞系统可实现同径钻孔中任意深度的分层抽水和取样目的,试验效果较好;洛河组全段渗透系数0.276 4 m/d,同径止水抽水试验所得渗透系数与区域上渗透系数一致,说明同径止水抽水试验结果可信;采用膨胀胶管(气囊)止水器同径止水能大幅度缩小孔径,避免水文孔施工多次扩孔,止水质量可靠。研究结果可为类似水文地质条件下开展多含水层同径止水研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: When carrying out hydrogeological investigation and evaluation, it is of great significance to conduct stratified pumping test for each water-filled aquifer and accurately obtain hydrogeological parameters of aquifer.Taking H40310 borehole of Hujiahe Coal Mine in Binchang Mining Area as the research object, combined with the advantages of Packer sealing layered water stopping technology, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the principle of multi-aquifer same diameter water stopping technology, through the design of pumping test scheme, the research on the use method and applicable conditions of the same diameter water stopping is carried out.The results show that the double embolization system can achieve the purpose of stratified pumping and sampling at any depth in the same diameter borehole, and the test effect is good.The permeability coefficient of the whole section of the Luohe Formation is 0.276 4 m/d.The permeability coefficient obtained by the same diameter water stopping pumping test is consistent with the permeability coefficient in the region, indicating that the results of the same diameter water stopping pumping test are credible.The use of expansion hose(airbag)water stopper with the same diameter can greatly reduce the pore size, avoid multiple reaming in the construction of hydrological hole, and the water stopping quality is reliable.
