采空区流场三维演化规律与自燃危险区域判定研究

Three-dimensional evolution law of goaf flow field and determination of spontaneous combustion hazard zone

  • 摘要: 为研究采空区煤自燃“三带”演化规律及分布范围,以东沟煤矿1402综采工作面为研究对象,通过程序升温实验确定煤层自燃指标气体种类,通过数值模拟及现场观测结合确定1402综采工作面采空区注氮前后自燃“三带”范围。结果显示,CO、C2H4、C2H4/C3H8可作为宽沟煤矿自然发火的指标气体,确定注氮后自燃“三带”的范围为进风侧在距工作面15.4 m、回风侧在距工作面18.6 m的采空区域内属于散热带;进风侧在距工作面15.4~53.6 m、回风侧在距工作面18.6~66.4 m的采空区域内属于氧化带;而采空区进风侧达到53.6 m、回风侧达到66.4 m以后,则进入窒息带。对比注氮之前的自燃“三带”的范围,注氮使氧化带的宽度及面积大幅度缩小,使进风侧氧化带宽度较注氮前缩小了21.8 m,有效降低了对采空区自燃危险区域的治理难度。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the evolution law and distribution range of the “three zones” of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, the 1402 fully mechanized mining face of Donggou Coal Mine was taken as the research object.The indicator gas types of coal seam spontaneous combustion were determined through programmed temperature experiments, and the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion before and after nitrogen injection in the goaf of 1402 fully mechanized mining face were determined through numerical simulation and on-site observation.The results show that CO,C2H4,and C2H4/C3H8 can be used as indicator gases for spontaneous combustion in Kuangou Coal Mine.The range of the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion after nitrogen injection is determined as follows: the inlet side belongs to the heat dissipation zone in the goaf area 15.4 m away from the working face, and the return side belongs to the heat dissipation zone 18.6 m away from the working face.The intake side belongs to the oxidation zone within the goaf area 15.4~53.6 m away from the working face, and the return side belongs to the oxidation zone 18.6~66.4 m away from the working face; After the intake side of the goaf reaches 53.6 m and the return side reaches 66.4 m, it enters the suffocation zone, compared to the range of the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion before nitrogen injection.Nitrogen injection significantly reduces the width and area of the oxidation zone, resulting in a 21.8 m reduction in the width of the oxidation zone on the inlet side compared to before nitrogen injection, effectively reducing the difficulty of controlling the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf.
