Abstract:
Wenjiapo Mine has achieved remarkable results in the field of mine safety management, effectively improving the safety management level through the implementation of “Creating Change” culture and “1+4+N” risk identification strategy, as well as the implementation of 6 types of operation control mode.Especially in the study of filling crushed gangue in the hollow area, the influence of gradation and pore structure on seepage characteristics under pressure state was revealed, which provided theoretical support for coal mine disaster prevention and control.In addition, Wenjiapo Mine has implemented the “three high and one low” segmental support system and the “321” roof management system, which further enhance the reliability of the roadway support and the excavation support efficiency, and ensure safe production.At the same time, the mine has also effectively prevented and controlled spontaneous coal combustion and prevented water damage through the “13456” fire prevention and extinguishing management system and “11235” water prevention and control management system.The cooperation between science and technology innovation and scientific research institutes has also provided strong support for Wenjiapo Mine's safety production and economic benefits.
