彬长矿区文家坡煤矿多灾种综合防治体系实践与研究

  • 摘要: 文家坡煤矿在矿山安全管理领域取得了显著成效,通过实施“创变”文化和“1+4+N”风险辨识策略,以及推行6类作业管控模式,有效提升了安全管理水平。特别是在采空区充填破碎矸石的研究中,揭示了承压状态下级配与孔隙结构对渗流特性的影响,为煤矿灾害防治提供了理论支撑。此外,文家坡煤矿实施的“三高一低”分段支护体系和“321”顶板管理体系,进一步提升了巷道支护的可靠性和掘支效率,确保了安全生产。同时,该矿还通过“13456”防灭火管理体系和“11235”防治水管理体系,有效防控了煤自燃问题,治理了水害。科技创新和科研院所的合作也为文家坡煤矿的安全生产和经济效益提升提供了有力支持。研究成果不仅体现了文家坡煤矿在安全管理方面的创新和实践,也为矿山行业的科技进步和安全管理提供了宝贵经验。

     

    Abstract: Wenjiapo Mine has achieved remarkable results in the field of mine safety management, effectively improving the safety management level through the implementation of “Creating Change” culture and “1+4+N” risk identification strategy, as well as the implementation of 6 types of operation control mode.Especially in the study of filling crushed gangue in the hollow area, the influence of gradation and pore structure on seepage characteristics under pressure state was revealed, which provided theoretical support for coal mine disaster prevention and control.In addition, Wenjiapo Mine has implemented the “three high and one low” segmental support system and the “321” roof management system, which further enhance the reliability of the roadway support and the excavation support efficiency, and ensure safe production.At the same time, the mine has also effectively prevented and controlled spontaneous coal combustion and prevented water damage through the “13456” fire prevention and extinguishing management system and “11235” water prevention and control management system.The cooperation between science and technology innovation and scientific research institutes has also provided strong support for Wenjiapo Mine's safety production and economic benefits.
