  • 摘要: 井下煤矿生产是一项复杂且危险性较高的工作,当前仍需大量人员现场作业,为保障人员安全,智能化建设是煤炭行业不可逆的发展趋势。随着互联网技术的发展,AI技术成为矿井系统智能安全运维中的研究热点。为推动煤炭行业的智能化高质量发展,改变矿井使用模式,以石圪台煤矿为例,采用AI智能技术,基于实时数据,在危险区域、环境监控、设备异常、人员管理监控方面实时监控调度,实现煤矿安全、智能、高效、绿色生产。AI技术在石圪台煤矿系统智能运维中的应用使得运输机断链故障识别率达到90%以上,AI模型在线部署实现7×24小时无间断运行,大幅度提升了皮带异常检查的效率,为智能厚采煤工作面高效智能化生产提供了有力的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Underground coal mine production is a complex and high-risk task that still requires a large number of personnel to work on site.To ensure personnel safety, intelligent construction is an irreversible development trend in coal industry.With the development of Internet technology, AI technology has become a research hotspot in the intelligent and safe operation and mainte-nance of mining systems.Taking Shigetai Coal Mine as an example, AI intelligent technology is adopted, based on real-time data, to monitor and dispatch in hazardous areas, environmental monitoring, equipment abnormalities, and personnel management monitoring, achieving safe, intelligent, efficient, and green production in coal mines.The application of AI technology in the intelligent operation and maintenance of the Shigetai Coal Mine system has achieved a recognition rate of over 90% for conveyor chain breakage faults, and the online deployment of AI models has been achieved 7×24 hour uninterrupted operation, greatly improving the efficiency of belt anomaly inspection, and providing strong technical support for the efficient and intelligent production of intelligent thick coal mining faces.
