Abstract:
With the gradual expansion of mining depth and scope, the mining process often faces complex geological environment conditions, and there are many sources of mine pressure disaster, which is a major problem that troubles the safety production of coal mines.Aiming at the bottleneck of geological support development in the current intelligent construction process, combined with mine pressure and roof condition detection, a fully-mechanized mining face safety mining method based on mine pressure and roof condition detection is proposed, a high-precision, real-time and dynamic mining geological model is built, and the intelligent monitoring technology of fully-mechanized mining face along with mining exploration is used to obtain the mine pressure and roof and floor conditions of advanced working face.Realize high-precision advanced detection of the static geological structure in front of the working face and real-time dynamic monitoring of dynamic stress changes, establish a big data intelligent decision-making platform, rely on adaptive precision control technology, design a set of anthropomorphic shearer independent planning cutting mining technology, and realize remote control of fully mechanized mining equipment within visual range, one-click automatic control of shearer attitude.The real-time mutual feed and linkage of geological model and shearer information, and the adaptive planning and cutting of shearer are achieved, thus ensuring the intelligent, safe and efficient production of fully mechanized mining face.
