煤矿架空乘人装置无人值守系统设计与应用

Design and application of unattended system for coal mine overhead passenger facility

  • 摘要: 为进一步提高煤矿架空乘人装置运行效率及安全水平,针对其目前存在的监控死角多、故障处理不便、监控人员劳动强度较大等问题,对架空乘人装置智能监控及变频调速技术进行研究,提出了一种基于PLC控制及以太网通信的架空乘人装置无人值守在线监控系统设计方案。系统采用PLC+变频器联合控制实现对架空乘人装置启停及调速的远程自动控制,并结合多传感器融合检测技术实现对设备运行速度、减速器油温油位等核心工况参数的实时采集监测,有效提高了架空乘人装置运输效率及监控水平,确保设备安全稳定高效运行。

     

    Abstract: In order to further improve the operational efficiency and safety level of overhead passenger facility in coal mines, and to address the current problems of multiple blind spots in monitoring, inconvenient fault handling, and high labor intensity of monitoring personnel, intelligent monitoring and variable frequency speed regulation technology of overhead passenger facility are studied.A design scheme for an unmanned online monitoring system of overhead passenger facility based on PLC control and Ethernet communication is proposed.The system adopts PLC+frequency converter joint control to achieve remote automatic control of the start stop and speed regulation of the overhead passenger facility, and combines multi-sensor fusion detection technology to achieve real-time collection and monitoring of core operating parameters such as facility operating speed, reducer oil temperature and oil level, effectively improving the transportation efficiency and monitoring level of the overhead passenger facility, ensuring the safe, stable and efficient operation of facility.
