Abstract:
Aiming at the technology of gas extraction enhanced by hydraulic caving in bedding, taking the field pumping project of 5302 working face in Changping Coal Mine as an example, the gas extraction data of borehole in bedding under the conditions of 6 m, 5 m and 4 m cavitation spacing were summarized and quantitatively analyzed. The evolution law of gas volume fraction in cavitation borehole and ordinary borehole is compared. The effect of gas extraction is quantitatively analyzed with the attenuation of gas extraction quantity as the evaluation index, and the fitting relationship between coal output and average gas extraction quantity in the process of hydraulic cavitation construction is discussed. The results show that the average volume fraction of gas in cavitation drilling can be increased by 5.8 times compared with ordinary drilling. With the decrease of cavitation spacing, the attenuation coefficient of the three groups shows an increasing trend on the whole, and the maximum variation range of the attenuation coefficient is 0.11.The attenuation coefficient of common borehole is generally higher than that of cavitation borehole, and the maximum variation range of attenuation coefficient is 0.16.There is a quadratic function relationship between the coal output and the average gas extraction amount, and the coal output of about 0.7 t/m can maximize the gas extraction effect. After gas extraction by hydraulic cavitation technology, the gas content of 5302 working face is kept below 8 m
3/t, and the maximum gas concentration of the working face is not more than 0.7%.
