综采工作面快速回撤技术与装备应用研究

Rapid withdrawal technology and equipment application of fully mechanized mining face

  • 摘要: 在煤矿开采系统中,采煤工作面具有大量的综采机械设备,数量多且体积庞大,传统的工作面停采回撤技术存在回撤速度慢、效率低、安全隐患大等问题,严重制约矿井搬家倒面及设备接续效率。因此,以韩家湾煤矿智能化综采工作面为例,提出并研究一种程控式液压支架调移装备及支架回撤远程遥控装置,替代传统手动阀操作支架动作,工作人员全程远程遥控控制液压支架快速回撤,对传统回撤工艺进行技术革新,在尽可能消除安全隐患的同时,保证回撤效率。现场应用效果表明,程控式液压支架调移设备及智能遥控系统,液压支架单架次回撤效率提升35%,且并未出现任何安全隐患,完成液压支架回撤从机械化向智能化的转变,降低了工人劳动强度,提升了回撤工艺的智能化水平。研究成果为后续综采工作面液压支架快速安全智能回撤奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: In coal mining system, working face has a large number of fully mechanized mining machinery and equipment, which is large in quantity and volume.The traditional stop-mining and withdrawal technology has some problems such as slow withdrawal speed, low efficiency and big security risks, which seriously restricts the efficiency of moving and equipment connection.Therefore, taking the intelligent fully-mechanized mining face of Hanjiawan Coal mine as an example, a programmed hydraulic support shifting equipment and support recovery remote control device are proposed and studied to replace the traditional manual valve operation support action, and the staff can remotely control the hydraulic support for rapid recovery, so as to carry out technical innovation on the traditional recovery process, and ensure the recovery efficiency while eliminating safety hazards as much as possible.The field application results show that: with the program-controlled hydraulic support transfer equipment and intelligent remote control system, hydraulic support single set's withdrawal efficiency is increased by 35%,and there is no safety risk, completing the hydraulic support withdrawal from mechanization to intelligent transformation, reducing the labor intensity of workers, and improving the intelligent level of the withdrawal process.
