矿井注氮防灭火系统应用效果考究

Application effect of mine nitrogen injection fire prevention system

  • 摘要: 陕西有色榆林煤业有限公司3号煤层为“Ⅰ”类容易自燃煤层,采空区防灭火压力较大,建立了注氮防灭火为主的自然发火防治系统。为研究考察现场实际注氮效果,榆林煤业有限公司在30201工作面辅运顺槽闭墙和回风顺槽布置布置观测束管,采集注氮前后采空区内气体参数并进行对比分析。研究结果表明,注氮后进风侧采空区氧化带范围缩短至210~285 m,氧化带宽度较注氮前缩短约40 m,注氮效果显著,有效降低了采空区煤自燃发火危险性。

     

    Abstract: The 3 # coal seam in Shaanxi Nonferrous Yulin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,is a “Ⅰ” type coal seam prone to spontaneous combustion, and the pressure of fire prevention and extinguishing in goaf is high.The spontaneous combustion prevention and extinguishing system based on nitrogen injection is established.In order to study the actual effect of nitrogen injection in the field, observation beam tubes are layout along the closed wall of auxiliary transport lane and the return air lane in 30201 working face, and gas parameters in the goaf are collected and comparatively analyzed before and after nitrogen injection.The results of our study show that after nitrogen injection, the oxidation zone range of air inlet side's goaf is shortened to 210~285 m, and the width of the oxidation zone is shortened by about 40 m compared to that of before nitrogen injection.The effect of nitrogen extraction is significant, effectively reducing the risk of coal self-igniting in goaf.
