一种多模块组网式超声干雾抑尘系统研究与应用

Research and application of multi-module networking ultrasonic dry fog dust suppression system

  • 摘要: 为提高矿井粉尘治理效率,降低工作面粉尘浓度,通过超声波雾化技术,基于空气动力学、“云”物理学原理和斯蒂芬输送流理论等干雾抑尘机理,研发了工作面多模块组网式超声干雾抑尘系统。系统包括干雾抑尘装置和智能喷雾控制系统两部分,采用以点为单位的网格化集中控制模式,多个点之间通过CAN通信总线连接,以适应不同工况条件的粉尘治理。控制系统基于CAN通讯总线实现模块化控制,主要由恒压供水模块、恒压供气模块、系统主控制模块、水气分配控制模块、信号采集模块组成。1:1试验平台降尘效果测试结果表明,该系统降尘效率达90%以上,降尘后工作面呼吸性粉尘浓度降低至3 mg/m3,有效降低了工作面粉尘浓度,同时实现了降尘系统的自动化,增强了降尘系统的普适性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of mine dust control and reduce the dust concentration in the working face, we developed a multi-module networking ultrasonic dry fog dust suppression system for the working face through ultrasonic atomization technology, based on the dry fog dust suppression mechanism such as aerodynamics, “cloud” physics principle and Stephen transport flow theory.The system includes two parts: dry fog dust suppression device and intelligent spray control system.The grid centralized control mode based on point is adopted.Multiple points are connected by CAN communication bus to adapt to dust control under different working conditions.The control system is based on CAN communication bus to realize modular control, which is mainly composed of constant pressure water supply module, constant pressure gas supply module, system main control module, water and gas distribution control module and signal acquisition module.The dust reduction effect test results of the 1:1 test platform show that the dust reduction efficiency of the system is more than 90%,and the respirable dust concentration of the working face is reduced to 3 mg/m3 after dust reduction, which effectively reduces the dust concentration of the working face.At the same time, the automation of the dust reduction system is realized, and the universality of the dust reduction system is enhanced.
