煤矿充填开采工作面远距离供液系统设计与应用

Design and application of remote liquid supply system for coal mine backfill mining face

  • 摘要: 为了减少充填开采工作面设备列车频繁挪移和超前巷道空间狭窄的问题,基于葫芦素煤矿充填开采工作面的采充工艺和设备参数,提出了充填作业下乳化液泵站流量设计的基本原则,并给出了相应的计算公式。在此基础上,分别计算了高压钢管和高压胶管的沿程阻力损失,得到了远距离供液系统的总压降,最终完成了远距离供液系统的选型设计。结果表明,采用远距离供液方式可以满足采充作业要求,有利于煤矿安全生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the frequent movement of equipment trains and narrow space in the advance roadway of the backfill mining face, based on the backfill process and equipment parameters of the Hulusu coal mine backfill mining face, the basic principles for designing the flow rate of the emulsion pump station under filling operation are proposed, and corresponding calculation methods are provided; the resistance loss along the high-pressure steel pipe and the high-pressure hose were calculated, respectively, and the total pressure drop of long-distance liquid supply was obtained.Finally, the selection of the long-distance liquid supply system was completed.The results indicate that the use of long-distance liquid supply can meet the requirements of filling and mining operations, which is beneficial for coal mine safety production.
