Abstract:
In order to reduce the frequent movement of equipment trains and narrow space in the advance roadway of the backfill mining face, based on the backfill process and equipment parameters of the Hulusu coal mine backfill mining face, the basic principles for designing the flow rate of the emulsion pump station under filling operation are proposed, and corresponding calculation methods are provided; the resistance loss along the high-pressure steel pipe and the high-pressure hose were calculated, respectively, and the total pressure drop of long-distance liquid supply was obtained.Finally, the selection of the long-distance liquid supply system was completed.The results indicate that the use of long-distance liquid supply can meet the requirements of filling and mining operations, which is beneficial for coal mine safety production.
